    Hi I have an error code E20 on my machine about half way through a cycle and the drum is full of water, in the manual it states that there is a problem with the machine draining. I have checked the fluff filter but that was clean and put small flexible rods up the waste pipe with no resistance. I’m suspecting there may be a pump problem here – any help would be much appreciated. 😀

    Check your filter. Put the machine on drain if no noise heard then assume pump seized/jammed. If pump noise is heard then machine must be blocked. check filter and drain hose. hope this helps
