My partner and I just moved into a new rented home, and one of the things provided was the zanussi jetsystem 1200 washing machine. We tried to use it today and had quite a few problems!
The use of of it looks simple enough but when we ran it it kept coming up with “E10” stopped running and beeped continually, pushing start got it running again but we found it hadn’t taken the washing powder when it had finished.
The next time we ran it we made sure it took the powder by flushing it in with a glass of water. However it still keeps coming up with “E10” and the most annoying beeping I have ever heard!
Our landlords didn’t leave us instructions, in fact I do not believe they were even left from the previous owner, so we cannot look in there for help, and there does not appear to be any on the internet.
Can anyone tell us what is wrong and how to fix it!

E10 is a fill problem, check the taps are turned on (and a definate water supply to machine) and there are no kinks in the fill hoses restricting the water. If they are ok it may be a faulty component in your washer.
