Hi All

HAVE HAD THIS MACHINE SINCE NEW AND HAS DONE ME REALYY GOOD SERVICE BUT RECENTLY WHEN SELECTING A WASH CYCLE THE PROGRAMMER SEEMS TO STOP, YOU CAN THEN CLICK IT ON A TOUCH BUT THEN IT WILL STOP AGAIN, ALSO WASH QUALITY HAS REALLY DROPED OFF ANY IDEAS OF HOW TO FIX? MANY THANKS ROB.

Stopping on the wash cycle will usually point to heater element failure. Wash quality will be affected.
One quick test is to set the machine on a hot cycle and after about fifteen minutes check the door glass for warmth. You can also hear the heater “sing” if you open the dispenser and put your ear to the soap drawer. It’ll sound like a kettle boiling.
If no noise is heard and no heat is felt on the door glass, it is probably the heater.
Power off if you are to investigate…….:plug:
