    Hi there,

I have a lindo 300 ZWF01483WR. Recently the pump stated making a noise suggesting something had found its way in so I took it off and hay presto there was some bits of plastic from new cloths that had found their way in. I subsequently built it all back up however the assembly that connects onto the base of the drum is now leaking. I have had it off and on several times, I have totally cleaned the Machine pump body and have tried the bolts at several different torques and used vaseline and still it leaks. The strange thing is there are 4 bolts which hold the assembly onto the drum 1 is very rusty, 2 are rusty under the head of the bolt and 1 is totally rust free which could suggest it has been leaking for some time.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreceated.

    Thanks
    Scott

not worked on one but there must be a seal and you could look at the plastic for hairline cracks

Hi Dave, thanks for your reply. I have ran the machine today and the kitchen towel underneath is wet so it’s still leaking ever so slightly. I can’t see any obvious cracks and the seal is in good condition.

if you skip to 2 minutes 50 on this video you will see how it’s all goes together. I wasn’t sure whether I could possibly put some water mixed with food dye to see if the colour would show me where the water is travelling and how it is escaping. https://youtu.be/_GOXIW6HzEY

    thanks

am guessing the above diaphram should seal the whole unit

check its correct before you order
