customer has previously complained of E91 errror but now totally dead. Got power to main module so ordered a configured board and fitted but still dead.Any ideas !!!

you have got power to main module but have you got power out

E91 fault is communication error between the 2 boards. this can be either or both boards faulty or a wiring fault on the wire that joins them

you have bought the user interface pre programmed but unless the main board is supplying low voltage power to it, it wont work.
all electronics needs 12v and 5v to work. my guess is they will bring 12v across and generate the 5v on board the front board. you need to check for that voltage on the front board.

I see. think there are 4 or 5 red wires to front board, i suspect if i take the front board out i should be able to figure out testing for voltages, unless anyone has a wiring diagram.
By the way it was the main board i changed. There is also a third board on this one but that seems to just be for motor ( 3 phase i think )
