ParticipantHi there. I have a lindo300 and I did a washing earlier. When I went to empty it I noticed the washing was still very wet, so I put it on to spin again and again and it would not spin so I presumed the balance must be off so removed half of the load and tried again and still no luck. So I have now taken everything out and it still won’t spin.
Its starts to spin upto around 800rpm then just stops as though the load is unbalanced. And it keeps going round in this circle until it decides its had enough and stops and ends the cycle. I spent 20 minutes earlier watching it do this to make sure I wasn’t imagining it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ParticipantTo the best of my knowledge this machine has a self cleaning filter and you are unable to clean it as there is no access to it.

ParticipantIt’s almost as though it always thinks it’s off balance and aborts and just keeps going round in a loop trying to rebalance the washing. Even though it’s empty.

Moderatorwell tend to agree that the control board may be at fault, to be more specific the software
this is a service bulletin to lux service engineers and includes your Pnc number. so lux are aware of the fault
you could approach them and see if it is something they are willing to update seeing as its an error on their part.
sidekick is the official programme for updating software on lux group machines so can only be used by the official manufaturers agents

ParticipantIs this something I should just call zanussi service and ask if they can update the software? I would hope that they would do this free of charge as it is an error on their behalf. Thanks for your help Dave very much appreciated!

ParticipantPhoned Electrolux and they are coming out FOC to update the software next week. I was expecting a fight but they had no issues at all! Thanks for the help!
