zanussi No Frost ZK87/34EF no go

HI,
Had a zanussi No Frost ZK87/34EF (928405300) dead today.
This is not a familiar model, the only life is from the comp cooling fan, internal light and the fast freeze button lights up if pressed.
I was going to order a power pcb (guess!) but having looked at the circiut diagram am more confused. There is 3 pcbs? nct’s and an air stat?
Any help from the Electrolux boys would be appreciated.

Hi not had this problem before, I asume that the compressor isnt running? most probs with these are not defrosting hence no cold in fridge and only cool in freezer, check your private messages.

Thanks, have done so.

The compressor is not being started at all.
It’s a complicated thing compared to the common
VT9 + defrost timer models.

Thanks Cab,

In case someone else has the same problem,
went back today. The machine is acting like it’s stuck in “dipslay” mode.
All the buttons work but i can’t get into test mode. Quoted for a contol PCB, customer could not wait.

Hi graeme,

have experienced probs with user control, Zanussi modified early ones, used to work for them 4-5 years ago. same S*** different day!!!
