Zanussi No Heat On Dry

This machine has no power going to the dryer element. When I found the usual broken wire on he ntc at the hose that joins the condenser to the drum at the bottom, I thought nice straight forward job.
I repaired the wire but still no power to heater. I’ve tested continuaty between wires and board, all stats, ntc’s, water valves, heaters, even soldered relay legs on board in case of small unseen cracks in joints but still no power to element.

Any ideas please?

Had. A simular fault on one of these,the dryer would heat on the test prog but not in normal use,turned out to be the main pcb.Al
