    Has anyone had to remove/replace the main oven door seal on one of these, it looks like it is sandwiched between the oven frame and the oven cavity, any help before a lose all my hair would be appreciated.

    the front and the oven cavity are separate parts

    its not easy but you have to loosen the front to get a gap to install it
