head scratcher this . customer called saying grill not heating .. so fitted new grill element .. none geniune but works fine . a week later .. customers phones can hear a humming noise from back might have been humming all time i dont know ?.. unless switch it off at wall .. so went back .. cooling fan was seized .. so replaced it .. now the cooling fan comes on . when just switch main power on wall on .. so i was thinking .the state on top of oven ceiling .. took wires off that and the fan still goes on .. . weird . i took a wire off the over heat state at back . that fastenes to the grill element studd . the cooling fan stopped …. i only took two wires off grill element one a double one single .. so cant think that i have messed wiring up .. any ideas guys . as why it comes on . without selecting any thing on the control panel ?
cheers i woke up this morning and a big bubble came out above my head .. that state on grill stud ,, is not a over heat state ,, but state that sences heat to bring cooling fan .. surely
