Zanussi PCS 584EW con- dryer

Have above machine has electronic timer..customer tell me she sets prog turns on then the timer goes stright to cooling part of cycle last mins.

could this be a heater problem !! worried about getting involved as unable to test pcb.
any advice please..

Sure it could be just that John, testing PCB’s as you know is not an option. But what we can do first is to simply eliminate the other known problems. 😉

By the way, the model number isn’t correct? (It doesn’t come up on TDS anyway 😕 )
