Zanussi slim line top loader beeps 10 times

I have a Zanussi TLE1116W (pnc 913202661 01) that is faulty. When customer selects a program, sometimes it will start and run but most of the time it skips it’s entire cycle and the illuminations go straight to ‘end’. At this point it beeps 10 times, pauses for a few secconds and continues to beep 10 times untill it’s switched off. I have checked the heater, motor, the carbon brushes, and water valves. I have also used a mega on the heater element and motor and all is fine. Pump (askol) is running fine and door switch seems to be working perfect because if I try to run the machine with the door open, it beeps 4 times. It would seem the 10 beeps are an error code perhaps?
Anyone any ideas?

Well yes kind of? You have given us the first part of the error code (i.e. EA?) The end light flashes 10 times and the buzzer also 10 times, but we need to know how many flashes the ‘Start/Pause’ LED gives to complete the code? 😕

Ok, thanks for the info. I have contacted the customer and they are going to get back to me the next time it faults on them. Typical this job is out of the usual area I cover so I dont really want to keep going back to it but the customer bought the machine off us so I’m commited.
