zanussi soap drawer issue

have a zanussi zwf1221w machine here that i have grief with the soap draw ie it get clogged up and push water out back of machine on to drum and on to floor . now i have taken the complete soap draw apart and cleaned out top jets but guess what it last 2 months and back again with same fault . is this normal as i know it doesn`t help being a cold fill only

Might be worth using washing tablets instead of powder and putting them in a net bag in the drum.
