Hi, just been to a Zanussi FJS1025W and customer complained when put on a synthetic quick wash it would stick at 29 mins to go (no reported error code)
Tried it on spin and rinses first to see if it stuck on these but all ok.
Put machine on problem program and left it to do another call, returned to see it on 29 mins and heating.
This where I probably should have done another call first but disconnected from mains and metered heater, 29ohms and no short.
Went into diagnostics and all seemed ok, even heater. Last known error code was E34 so checked pressure switch tubes and chamber for blockages……. very clean.
So now its either pressure switches or a PCB?
Any suggestions? You guys who are more in the know with these is it more likely to be a PCB, cant ever remember replacing pressure switches on these models before.
Just had a call from the customer to say machine seems to be working ok now….. time to start up a window cleaning round, less hassle.
    Regards
    Tony

seems like you are heading in the right direction, but is the machine syphon by itself so the machine water level never reachs level on rinse?

That was one of my first thoughts when I got the call but found the washing machine and dishwasher both drain into the same standpipe via a “tee” non return fitting.
Incedentaly, she has phoned again, worked ok on a delicates prog but is still playing up on the synthetics.
    Another look tomorrow … sigh!
