A client complained that the dryer was not enough, I tested the heater and it all within the tolerance according to OHMS law.

I measured the internal air temp it read 92deg after 15 mins cycle with two damp towels, Is this normal for high heat setting?

Not enough? New one on me that. 🙁

Usually they say it takes ages, much longer to dry and that inevitably means that one side of the element is broken or they’ve accidentally hit the low heat button. As to how hot inside I have no clue but your test seems about right. So for this old beast it is usually the heater that goes first. And the only issue I’ve ever had heat wise on this model.

It looks like the low heat button was accidentally pressed.

It was the second time I was called out to the same dryer with same fault description. Both times no faults found possibly down to heat button.
