    Hi
    Has anyone a diagram of the belt routing?
    I have checked google and everyone has the same problem! The belt appears to be too long, I know this is a tensioning issue but cannot work it out. I have a spring pulling the motor but if anything the pulling direction seems to be the wrong way!!!! HELP!!!!!!

    the pulley goes on the outside of the belt the non grooved part, the spring pulls the motor and the pulley against the belt tightening it up.
