zanussi tc1703w no heat

gents,got a problem with a zanussi tc 7103w pnc 916092530.it wont heat.checked heater(ok) but i had one on the van anyway so changed it,no difference.am i missing something obvious.water container empty,condencer clean.any suggestions would be grateful.

Very likely the Thermostat located in the front door cowling? 😉

thanks for the tip martin,but i did’nt notice one when i had the sides off.is it a case of removing the drum to gain access.

No, open the door and it sits in the front cowling in the 12 o’clock spot…. 🙂

hi martin,thanks for your help earlier this week regarding the zan td.yes you were right,but what an awkward place to stick it,no wonder i missed it.once upon a time they were fitted lower down and easier to get at on older models.
