    Hi
    I have a call to one off these later that has the red water light on, so the machine wont work.
    Has anyone had this fault on one before ?, at least I will have some idea what to look for. (she assure’s me the container is empty)

    Float switch activated? Blockage in feed pipe to water tank? Ask the customer if the water tank filled with any water the last couple of times it was used? 😉
