Zanussi TC7102W condenser dryer water indicator light on

Engineer has been out to this the water indicator light is on but water container is empty, there doesnt seem to be any blockages and filter is clear. Any ideas please? Cheers kez

had the same problem,mine was because the fitting on the water tank had broken and was not passing water from the reservoir to the tank there like push fit pins on both ends of the tank and res.got my bits from connect btw.
