Got a call to repair several of these tumble dryers for our local infantry officers mess (up several flights of stairs in various rooms) ,all appear to suffer with noisy drum or very stiff to turn drums . Before we go does anyone have any experience of these giving similair trouble and any advice would be most gratefully received thanks

Rear bearing assy worn oval? Front drum felt come adrift? Jockey pulley doing a ‘wobbly’?

First thought was a rear bearing though looked for a part thru qualtex and they don’t seem to list any rear bearings for this model so assumed fault maybe elsewhere ,but if anyone knows part numbers that would be great help so we can go armed with plenty of spares etc, thanks

It appears that this machine has roller supporting the front and would think these would be the most likely cause of the noise

    Part Numbers are

    Rear Bearing 1250134119
    Shaft/Axle 1250232053

    Front Roller 1254235003
    Roller Bush 1254250002
    Roller Screw 1240222123

    Good Luck
