done a job on this one before fitted a capacitor .
the customer is complaining that the laundry room is full of condensation
and the floor is wet
been there a couple of months ago and checked the pump pumping 0.7lts from empty that’s OK checked seals cleaned the condenser box.
the problem is back she recons that when she opens the door of the room her glasses are misting up and the floor and tiled walls are full of condensation
its a 6×12 ft room with a wall mounted gas boiler and washing machine tumble dryer and completely tiled with a extractor fan fitted.
any one come across anything like this before ❓
any condenser dryer should not be letting the steam from the clothes out to atmosphere, there must be seal on the tub or condenser unit letting it escape, does the water container fill up at all.
My best guess is that one of the seals has worn. There are quite a few seals though. NTC seal, thermostat seal, rear panel seal, heat exchanger seal, air duct seal, front drum seal, back drum seal, back panel seal kit, flap gasket & door seal to give the full list of them.
thanks boys your on the ball tonight 🙂
yes bob the pump is working OK when i looked last i even put a black marker point on the water container last time for a datum point
half way so it doesn’t overfill.
i Am thinking seal IL have to get a blow up diagram and check every thing
