I have this condenser dryer which is puzzling me.
If you turn the dial to any time on the high heat side the water reservoir light comes on. If you turn it to the low heat side the lamp goes out. The lower part of the heating element doesn`t work although the top half does. I have tested all thermostats and they are fine. I have continuity tested the element and that is fine.
I have replaced the timer and this made no difference. The low heat switch checks out fine on the meter. I am assuming the water light and the lack of full heat are connected.Can anyone shed any light on this or even suggest anything else I can try? :hmm:
