Zanussi TD520 drive belt replacement

Hi all,

I need to replace the drive belt on my Zanussi TD320, is this a fairly simple procedure ?

Is the original part the best to get or are pattern parts generally ok?

What could I expect to pay for a local repair shop to do this?

Drive belt is p/no 125528-10/0, about £8.00 for the gen item, so don’t bother with a pattern one. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply for you.

Fitting involves breaking the machine in half – patience required more than complicated.

A local repairer will certainly charge you for an hours work, rates vary widely across the country, so you should ascertain that at the point of booking, should you go that way.

Check the repairs@ or Directories options for UKW repairers in your area.

Power off if you do this yourself.

Zanussi 320 2 models 2belts
TD320E has a 1884J5 size
TD320T has a 1830H7 please check PNC number before ordering

Apologoes for the contradictory title and text – it was a TD 520 not a TD 320 as I stated in my post.
