Zanussi TDS483EW Condenser dryer

Customer rang, tells me that this dryer is tearing and catching clothes,
havent called yet, wondered if anyone has seen this before.

hi these machines the drum runs on a felt ring only on the front this wears causing a gap which results in a gap appearing at the bottom, either tearing clothes or bepsting marks on them, a modification made to run drun on plastic bearing pads. kit part no. 50272165007
