Zanussi TLE 1116w

Hi called to above toploader today, fault was when prog selected it would tumle for a few secs then prog and option buttons would extinguish and end neon flashes. Indicating drum senser. In diagnostics I get 6 flashes and 10 flashes which I think equates to a fault code of E6A or EA6, can anyone shine any light on this or am i barking up a wrongin. Cheers Paul.

there is a mod on this when you get an ea6 code after 30 secs

problem is with reed switch on the pulley

Cheers Dave the appliance stops working after just a few seconds as if it hasnt sensed the pully senser

mod shows packing the switch unit with washers to get it closer to the magnet but you have to grind injection tabs on back of pulley there are pictures no the bullitin

Ive cancelled the fault code on this machine and ran it 4 times over the weekend and fault has not re-ocurred. Could this fault on pulley senser be a 1 off or should I replace senser with mod kit. Any tips appreciated.
