I have had three of these to date which seem to be the ZWG1140M machines where the customer reports that the drum has stopped rotating.
A quick look underneath show that the plastic mounting posts have broken allowing the motor to drop onto the floor. Remedy is to replace the rear half tub and tub seal.
The machines are around two years old, anyone else seen this and more importantly do any of you know if a customer has had any success in getting the manufacturer to do anything about it as it seems to be a manufacturing issue

ive had a few beko’s were someone has refitted motor with only 2 bolts under heater the other ones have moved during spin and sheered!!

Mm ! These were all machines that had never been worked on, I seem to have been alone in having the luck to find three on them as my Zanussi Mate has never seen this issue at all. Zanussi take the view that it is not a known issue but then again any manufacturer would say that.
