    Hiyas,
    Wierdest call I’ve ever attended.
Customer complaining that machine isn’t condensing properly and that there’s not enough water in the container, clothes are being dried properly.
Garage has been turned into a room, walls plastered etc.
Drier is drying just fine, no water running down the walls and nothing untoward found with the drier itself.
Has anyone had anything like this with a condenser drier.
I would have though that there would have been a lot of condensation around if any seals were gone and water on the floor if there was a blockage. None of this though.

Any help would be greatfully received.

    Thanks
    Brian

Maybe there isn’t as much water in the damp laundry to start with?….Have you been fixing the washing machine? 😆

Already thought of that one 🙁
The only change is the garage, machine has always been there but now it’s a proper room instead of bare walled.

i had the same problem with this machine before and never got to the bottom of the problem it dried perfectly well but no water went into the condenser and no steam came out the machine.
and no water appeared on the floor.

One can only assume that when the room was just a garage the machine was also drying some of the outside (humid) air?
