    Zanussi Tumble Dryer (Condenser)
Got this call to do on Thursday and as its so far away from me I thought I would ask you out there a question so as to clear this job first visit.

Don`t know the model yet but they tell me the water light comes on shortly after starting although there is no water in the container or anywhere? All I know is the container on this one is at the bottom of the tumble dryer.

Some have a switch on the condenser, theres plastic keys that lock condenser in place, normally one of these makes a switch which needs to be made for appliance to run.
Other thing to look for is float switch sticking r pump not running either, its difficult not knowing model but in general any time a condenser stops (for any reason) it throws up “clean filter” empty water” as a reminder to user.

If the container is on the bottom then it has no pump. you need to check that the tank valve on both the tank itself and on the connecting piece on the bottom are not blocked with fluff . depending on the age the older dryer’s had a polystyrene float which expands and then sticks the later one’s changed to a plastic float to over come this problem.
