ParticipantHad another wierd one today – think it’s my week for them!!!
M/c 18mths old coming up with a E20 fault on T/dry on anything longer than 11 mins.. E20 according to fault list is a blockage fault but everything is clear.. checked condenser/pressure chamber/tubes for blockages – ok.. main wash and spin ok..
What I did notice was the pump works ok and continually drains on first setting of 11mins but there is no pump out on 25mins and condenser seems quite hot..
Has anybody else had this fault? This looks like a module fault not switching the pump on or do they have a wierd timing system of long periods without pumping on this machine?
Comments appreciated – Thanks

Could be the drain pump is on the way out, there is a thermal cut-out in the coil so it will shut down if it gets too hot.

Had this very problem a couple of weeks ago – it was a worn pump. Fitted a new one, but 3 days later had the same fault. It seems, according to the Qualtex agent, some Askoll pumps may have been damaged / dropped in transit (especially the ones supplied with no box) and ‘stick’ or lightly jam after constant use (ie:- t/drier). Removed and checked the pump I had fitted, and sure enough, it was jamming in one place; carefully selected a replacement from stock, fitted it, all O.K. Watch out for that. 😉

Thanks for the comments guys – did think about the pump but works continually on the 11min setting but 25 min setting doesn’t come on after the initial pump out.. so I think pump is ok but will bear your comments in mind.
Just concerned about the high condenser tempreture and 25min setting – no pump, whether this norm or not – or if folks out there might think this is module fault..
Thanks
