hi fokes . the dreaded not taking softener away ..whats it more likely to be the triple valve or hopper top ? or both , as if have to replace both job starts to get a bit pricey for such a minor thing :rolleyes:

could be either or both but you can check the valve

how do you check the valve ?resistance valvue ?

[electrofix]

check resistance and you can check flow if you put it into test mode and activate each valve

have emailed the diagnostics
