ParticipantHave looked at a Zanussi ZWF1431S recently which keeps stopping for prolonged periods mid cycle, although no fault codes come up.
have removed PCB, cleaned and checked. Have run test procedure with no result.
Sound like main pcb fault?
Thanks

Maybe it’s that old chestnut i.e. the heater?
Although last one I recall with similar symptoms ended up being the pump. :D:

Thanks Martin.
It seems to heat fine and drain out. Would it throw a wobbly if components are not within normal parameters, even if they work ok?

Simon😕 So it’s after the main wash that things get held up? Not plumbed to hot instead of cold or to a very low pressure supply?

Cold supply and pressure all good Mike. It seems to eventually get through the cycle, but stops for long spells doing nothing although the lights and display are all active. 😕 😡

If it didn’t drain in time it should give E21 fault, if pump was going out on o/l it would give fault code E23 or E24 if theres was a problem with triac supplying pump.
E32 can also show up during draining if electronic pressure switch senses water level descrapancies .I agree its likely its sticking at drain stage but in theory it should throw up a fault. Motor could be going out on high temp’ either which should throw up an E52 error.
Check error codes again, are you sure you are not deleting error codes without reading them.

Sorry for late response. Thanks Seamy, pretty sure I havent deleted any error codes. Think I’ll pop out AGAIN and have yet another dig.
