Hi,
I have a customer thats saying her Zanussi washer is sticking after the rinses, it takes her conditioner, but some of the lights are flashing. I haven’t got the sequence of lights, she was a little confused, but I am going out to it tomorrow.
Its doesn’t have a digital display. Model number is ZWF14070W – Prod 914521428. She says it sticks with water in, but she can then put it on a spin and it completes its cycle. I immediately thought intermittent pump or a floating coin etc, but she says she’s been using it like this for a few weeks and she can always get it to drain/spin perfectly if she puts it on spin. Drains fast. (Still the first port of call though).If anybody has the fault codes for a no display version it would be handy or even a manual on it. All help is really appreciated as always guys.

It’s the usual ‘Start/Pause + 1st Option button then rotate selector to 10th position for ‘last error code’. Then it’s the red LED gives the first error code number, the green LED the second. (Error codes shown in the Known Error Codes thread.)
