ParticipantHi Everyone,
Just looking for some advise regarding my zanussi washer dryer please if anyone can help?
Mini 30 wash, wash completed, no spin and water left in drum. Set away cycle for drain which left some water in drum but another drain cycle and it did fully empty. Programme run for spin and all ok.
Full 40 degree wash done. Stopped around 40 minutes to end, no errors, machine just stopped doing anything with time stuck showing how many minutes left of cycle, paused and resumed wash and it started draining and continued wash as normal. Around 20 mins to end it stopped again. Paused and resumed and each time it drained more water but not fully. It took 3 times to fully drain and continue to end of cycle.
No errors though and washer beeped as normal at the end of the wash and spin cycle.
Just looking for some advice to what maybe wrong with it.
Could it be the pump not operating to full capacity or could be the board? Or are my thoughts completely out and it could be something completely different?
Thanks for any advise and help!
Johnny

ParticipantMy apologies, it’s just a washer, integrated, not a washer dryer as I put in initial post.

ParticipantHi Dave,
Yes I’ve had the filter out and even removed the pump and all is clear, nothing at all stuck anywhere.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Dave,
We’ve had it out from the sink end, nothing obvious there, not removed it from washer end though, the hole from the filter into the pipe looked quite small…
Will try and get the washer end off and report back and let you know how I get on…
Thanks so much for your help, really appreciate it!
Thanks

ParticipantHi Dave,
Had pump off, nothing obvious stuck in it or the drain hose.
I couldn’t get the drain hose off but it doesn’t appear anything is stuck in the pipe…
Cheers

ParticipantHi Dave,
If in thinking the right thing here, do you mean from the drum itself to the pump/filter?
Never thought of that one to be honest…
I don’t recall seeing any pipes though?
Cheers

Moderatorits called a sump hose which also has an eco ball in the tub end that can trap all sorts of things
comes out of the bottom of the tub and goes to the pump/filter unit (unless its one of the cheap Chinese models where the pump is mounted on the tub )
would have checked and posted a pic but you have not said which machine you have
