zanussi washer dryer

washes ok. dryer not working. elements, both ntc, toc, fan motor test ok. set to dry display shows time pump runs valve calls drum rotates but no fan or heat. have tried changing dryer module but still the same. any ideas?

I guess you haven’t entered diagnostics being as you didn’t add that to what you’ve already done? Also have you checked out the NTC on the bottom hose? Does the element have any insulation issues? And finally what do you mean by “valve calls”. 😕

dont know how to get into diagnostics, both ntc top and bottom reading 5 to 6 k, insulation resistance over 200Mohm ,by valve calling I mean condensor valve working.

Essential to do that on Lux stuff wilf TBH and well documented on here in the error codes thread and other places. But anyway……

Selector switch in off position
Press and hold Start button and nearest Option button
Rotate selector one position clockwise
Continue holding in the two buttons until LED’s flash then release.
Then rotate dial to the famous Position number 10 to read the last error code/ alarm.
