    zwd12270w1 sticking on 1 minute not releasing door. found water heater oc so replaced it have tried the reset procedure holding two buttons and rotating knob etc tried the machine after heater change but customer reports still sticking.
    machine fills washes spins and drains ok am I missing something? is there a special code clearer ? dryer heater tests at 60 megs to earth is this enough to cause faults?

    am going back tomorrow so any ideas would help

    New door lock, it gets trapped against cabinet as mechanism on the inside! Genius
