Zanussi Washer Dryer (No Heat)

This machine will noy heat on the dryer cycle. Now ive done a few of these lately and its always been down to the ntc down at the bottom of the condensor. Not this time, ive checked everything i can think of even continuaty of the wires fron ntc to control board and all other sensors/stats. I have no neutral from dryer element. No obvious signs on board of dry joints etc. Do the boards on these give this fault sometimes?

The dryer solenoid coils (green colour, if like earlier models) give trouble on these, although they usually throw up an F10 (E10?) error code. They tend to go open circuit a few minutes into the drying cycle then become OK again when cooled down. And no heat is the symptom they give.
