    Technical help needed.
    Zanussi washer dryer ZJD1291, it runs through diagnostic ok but when put on to a wash cycle.

    it locks the door, fills up to first level, tumbles then fills up to next level and then stops and just sits there and does nothing else, but all components seam to test ok.

    I’ve never heard of a ZJD1291 can you provide us with the full PNC number?

    the machine is about 5 years old sorry it was model zjd1219
