    Hi,
    I went to the above w/d last week and it was displaying E10 so i fitted a new valve, but now the m/c cuts out on the timer. Am i looking at the pcb being faulty?

    did u check the pump/ clean the condenser

    that sort of fault is normally caused by the ntc in the condenser hose failing to read correctly

    didnt you go into diagnostics?

    yes i checked the pump and cleaned out the condenser, when changed the valve.
    I havent been back yet, So i’ve only spoke to the cust over the phone about the latest fault.
