Hi all,

Im hoping someone out there can help me with a problem (dont worry its not personal!) One of our engineers has been to a WJS1665W he found that when it came to the drying prgram it does its initial start and the water valve opens as normal then after the water sensing delay the fan and heater come on as normal but the water valve shuts off. The cycle completes as normal but the clothes are hot and damp. Has anyone got any idea why this is happening our guy thinks its the pcb but he isnt sure! HELP! ❓

Fluff blockage in condenser ducting forcing the NTC at the bottom to shut prog down!

Strip and clean condenser :tup: Replace triple valve too as the condenser coil can break circuit intermittently 😉
