zanussi washer dryer z716wt83bi

we have a zanussi Z716WT83BI Washer dryer. Prod no. 914606600 03. It has an EH0 error in display as soon as dial turned to a program. I read it may have something to do with the electrical supply? I have checked the plug and socket. tried it in another socket and tried a new mains filter in case that was causing the problem. I have also checked for earth faults on the elements. anyone had this problem before? I cant find out how to run a diagnostic test on this model.

seemed to recall this fault can be caused by bad solder joints on one of the relays

Cheers Dave. I did have a look at the board and could not see anything obvious. maybe my old eyes missed something.

sometimes its a faint crack on the solder joint and you need magnification to see it

why not refloat all relay joints and see what happens
