Zanussi washer dryer – ZWD 12270W = not starting

Checked dryer heater and its wiring, brushes and wash heater to be ok…… on any program it locks but then the start light flashes green and nothing else happens?

cx said the same thing happened 9yrs ago and engineer fitted dryer elements but they meter out ok for me….. any ideas please?

did you try disconnecting dryer elements ?

did you put it in service mode as some errors are not shown to customer ?

I did take the dryer heater wires off to test the heater……. but didn’t actually think to re-try the machine at that point 🙁

I still dont know how to put a Zanussi into “service mode” ….. aren’t all the models different or is there a standard test proceedure for any Zanussi?
