zanussi washer flashing lights

hi guys,
had a look in known error codes but couldn’t seem to locate the correct code.
zan ZWF1241W 914517353/00

customer switches machine on, presses the on button.there is a delay of about 10 sconds and then all the lights flash on and off and the audible alarm beeps.
i tried pressing the start and skip buttons to access a fault code.this made each light come on individually one at a time, but no clue as to what was wrong.
any suggestions?

All LED’s flashing usually means (E91) “Communication error between the 2 boards”. Check the ribbon cable connections between them? 😉
