hi went to the above washer the other day customer said not heating, checked element which was open circuit replace with a new one today , customer rang me tonight apparently still not heating. going back tommorrow to check again would o/c element affect anything else normally..thanks

Check out the pressure switch and air chamber as it sounds like the heater may be coming on without water in tub and the internal TOC’S failing as a result? 😐
