    Hi

    Just a quick one, does any one know how to check how old a Zanussi machine is, I know it is something to do with the PNC number but I completely forgot.

    Only by checking the full PNC number on the Elux site (TDS etc). Then the product year is the first 4 digits, the month the next 2 digits.

    You cannot tell from the pnc but you can from the serial number

    First digit of serial number is the year and next two digits the week number.
