ParticipantWe have a Zanussi WDA1255W washer dryer that overflows through the soap tray.
It is ok on a wash cycle but when the rinse cycle starts the cold water will not shut off and the machine overflows.
I have checked the small hose from the pressure sensor and it seems clear so am now very puzzled.
Thanks in advance.

A bit more information is required, hence the lack of replies. Is the drum filling right to the top then water overflows from the drawer or does this happen without the drum overfilling? Have you washed out the soap drawer including the syphon bits of the fabric conditioner compartment?

Thanks for the reply.
The water is filling the drum and then flowing out of the soap drawer. I have washed the drawer out as well.

In that case you will probably find the pressure vessel is blocked. I find it best to remove the whole filter housing and wash it out at the sink. The filter housing is clipped to the base of the machine, possibly with a single screw in addition to the clips.

I have removed and cleaned out the white “tank” in the bottom of the washer. This wasn’t blocked in any way. The hose from the pressure sensor leads to a plastic assembly on the side of the drum which I believe is the pressure vessel. I have already blown through the pipe but if this is blocked it looks like it cannot be removed to be cleaned. So, what would be the best way to clean this part.
Thanks.

Split the casing in half for access. Air bell is retained by a spring clip and one screw.
