ParticipantMasterpart have this as LUX1321064006 @ £35 (= £41.13 incl vat).
My local Serviceforce agent quoted £39.13 incl. vat & £5.28 carr.(retail).
Can’t find it on Connect or Seme.
Why does trade cost more than retail for this?
Can I get it for less anywhere?
Thanks for the help.

It’s £37.13 inc VAT list (retail) direct from Electrolux.
Masterpart’s price is too high, I would query it to be honest.
Connect have it as well, part number ZAN1321064006.

13mins Dave.
Dunno why I bother trawling around trying to find things for myself.(Too embarrassed to tell you how much time I’ve spent trawling just for this one).
Maybe we should all just post our parts requirements to you and pay you to do it for us 💡 ❓
Many thanks.

Are you sure Connect do it? I can’t get the search engine to work but can still do the instant ordering if I know the part numbers. This came up with “Product ZAN1321064006 not found”.

Yep, I’m looking at it now. If it’s the website you don’t need the prefix very often, try just the part number or prefix with LUX or DST 😉

Connect’s price was £37 compared w Mpt’s £35 so as I wanted other stuff from Mpt anyway, I went with that. Could have got 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off via distriparts agent presumably but customer in a hurry.
Think I’m spending 3x as long looking for parts since I got three/four suppliers to check out. Tempted to go back to my old ways of sticking to one supplier and accepting the gains and losses. Not sure if it would make much difference getting broadband as although the page would change quicker, I’d still have to read it all.
Is it just me or is this whole job getting increasingly complicated as more and more makes and models appear on the market? What we need is a partfinding/pricing/availability co-ordination agency (an office full of Dave Conways) to do this work for us. 🙂

I find it frustrating that I end up getting nearly all my spares from Connect because the others tend to be more expensive overall or not stock some of the items I need. This week, for example, I needed Zanussi spiders and Sole carbon brushes. Masterpart wanted nearly double the price Connect were asking for the brushes and their trade price for the spider is more than I charge the customer (if I tried to charge £35 for a spider most of my customers would not want to go ahead with the repair).
