Zanussi WE170p programme indicater lights not coming on

Zanussi semi industrial washing machine WE170p. 91453530000. Lights on machine but not the programme lights when you turn the knob,
Has anyone had this problem.

2 boards in the machine

assume it may be display board but cant be certain

I don’t think I will take a chance on the expense of a new board in case I get it wrong, But hopping somebody has had this problem.

well one way round might be to see if EMW can do repairs on these boards

if yes I would send both boards then they can check as a pair and repair whichever is faulty

Thanks for your replies, it seems they had Zanussi out for for this fault when it was under gaurantee and it took a few visits before they sorted it.
so they are replacing it.
