Zanussi WJD 1667 Stops partway through wash cycle

Machine stops partway through thecotton wash cycle and freezes.I advance timer to drain and machine does nothing.Clear the program broad, try a new cycle from beginning and nothing happens.If I clear the program board and pull the plug out of the wall,leave for a few hours, turn machine on again put on a wool cycle the machine will start the cycle ,I then hit pause set it to drain to get all tha water out no problem . I have done the same thing 4 times as the same thing keeps happening. Any clues ? Thanks,

What ‘error code’ reading is shown on the display when it stops Samantha?

There is no error code displayed just shows how many minutes are left to run in the cycle.

Ok it seems from the lack of responces this is not repairable,is ther a washer dryer that the people in the know would buy?I have read enough on this forum to know that seperates is the best way to go but space does not allow this.
