Unfortunately due to an excellent piece of installation I could not pull this machine out.

Switch on, the tiny light above the On/Off switch comes on, the door locks but you cannot hear the door lock solenoid click. There are no other lights on at all. It may well be to expensive, possibly main PCB? I may return after he has removed a few tiles and a side panel but could be wasting my time, they don’t want to spend to much on this machine.

They did mention having new brushes in last year before they ‘altered’ the kitchen. :rolls:

    Any ideas?

    Jim.

Can you access diagnostics?, if so it may be error 51 caused by leakage to earth thru motor brushes. i have had two this week, both in garages, with condensation on and inside the plastic holders.

Thats the problem, other than the tiny neon above the On/Off switch coming on, nothing, zilch, no display, no response to any button press.,

Jim – it’ll probably be a connection fault between the main PCB and the fascia PCB. The plugs oxidize and usually the board will fault E90. No display is a common symptom of bad connections. 😉

    HTH,

    Steve.
