    Hi Guys,

    Went to above machine customer complained not drying well. Element ok, condenser clear, condenser valve ok.
    Ran machine with door open, plenty of air + heat to start with but after a time heat cuts out and doesn’t seem to come on again, but will if i start a new dry cycle.

    Any ideas please?

    Check the ntc in sump hose bottom right hand as you look at machine ??

    Vent hose at bottom of condenser housing – broken wiring is an common problem.

    Stand corrected 🙂 that is what I meant Vent hose. 😳

    Hi.

    Have you accesed the diagnostic to retrieve the last recorded error code & if so, what was it?
